Every Mysthelle piece is handled with the same love and intention it was crafted with. All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 7 working days of purchase confirmation. Once your order is on its way, you will receive tracking details so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Exchanges

We believe every woman deserves a perfect fit. We offer exchanges on most of our pieces, with a few exceptions in place to maintain the highest hygiene standards for all our customers.

For an exchange to be accepted, the following must be ensured:

• The exchange request must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The piece must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• All original tags, packaging, and hygiene seals must be untouched and intact.

Pieces Not Eligible for Exchange

To protect the comfort and safety of every Mysthelle customer, exchanges are not available on:

• Lingerie Sets

• Babydolls

• Swimwear

• Stick-On Products

How to Raise an Exchange Request

• Write to us at info@mysthelle.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Include your order number and let us know the reason for your exchange.

• Our team will get back to you warmly and take you through the next steps.
